The terms Industry 4.0, Digitalization, Internet of Things, and Smart Factory are used to refer to the same thing, the digital transformation of the industry, both machines and production processes, and in general of all the productive economy. This article will try to explain it, but from a simple plan to try those non-experts to understand. We have experienced many important technological changes in the last 10 years that have changed many things. We refer to the development of the internet, smartphones, telecommunications, etc., which have greatly changed the way we relate and do things. Nowadays it is something natural.
Many students are eager to know about how the industry works. But students can’t get the chance to know about industrial work because of proper networking.

Keeping this in mind IEEE NSU IAS SBC is presenting “Industry 4.0: Smart Industry Management” with technical and financial assistance from IEEE Bangladesh Section and IEEE Bangladesh Section IAS Chapter. Ostad is our e-learning partner. and Radio Shadhin 92.4 FM is our radio partner. Here, the audience would be able to know about the basics of the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial intelligence (Ai), Industrial start-up, and also Blockchain technology. What’s exciting about this event is, there will be a case study and interactive session for the participants. The winners of the case study competition will receive prize money. Also, the winners of the interactive session will get exciting presents.

Day 1 (Part 1)
Event Name:
"Scope Justification and Unification of Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things for Industry 4.0"

On our first day, the speaker will discuss how we should approach IoT and Ai in Smart Industry Management step by step, in the beginning, covering what we should focus on and how we should go about it. There will also be a brief discussion on how students can overcome boredom, anxiety, and maintenance issues that may arise throughout the phase in smart industry management.

Day 1 (Part 2)
Competition(Interactive Session):

In this part, participants will participate in a quiz session based on Day 1 part 1 event. There will be amazing presents for the winners of this session. This session will be conducted by respective IEEE NSU IAS SBC.

Day 2 (Part 1)
Event Name:
“Journey towards Start-up”

This workshop will focus on those who want to make their idea into a real digital industrial business. Our speaker will discuss the start-up plans and ideas with his experience and suggestions.

Day 2 (Part 2)
Competition(Case Study):

In this part of the session, there will be a problem given, related to the Startup. Participants have to solve the problem creatively. The one who can solve the problem most creatively will be considered as the winner.

Day 3
Event Name:
“Untangling Blockchain Technology as a Service Enabler”

On our third day, participants can acquire a proper guideline on blockchain technology. Blockchain has the potential to fathom the intense issues of information capacity and security, exchange handling and mediators, supply chains, mental property, government operations, charity, voting, and crowdfunding.

Day 4:
Event Name: "Creative Writing: Cause and Effect of Digitial Media
Accessibility "

On our fourth day, there will be an event for those who are at the intermediate level(college, HSC /A-Level students). There will be three topics on which they must submit creative writing. Following the selection of the top ten participants, they will present their presentation slides to the judges.

Day 5: Closing Session
Closing Session and Prize Giving Ceremony

On the last day, our speakers will overview the whole event and will talk briefly on smart Industry Management. The winners and runners-up names will also be announced on that day.
The winner and runners-up of the case study competition will receive prize money, as previously stated. The winner and runners-up of the interactive session will get exciting gifts too. Those who will be the winners will get these notable prizes.
