Volunteering is about learning new things at every step, regardless of the area of work or study. IEEE DAY is celebrated for IEEE volunteers, who have committed to this institution with their immense enthusiasm. Every year, IEEE NSU Student Branch celebrates this historic occasion through several workshops and seminars on various topics to encourage volunteers to carry the legacy, promote the benefits, and discuss the advancements that derive an impactful race during the journey of a volunteer. This year, for this reason, IEEE NSU Student Branch is hosting a talk-session on “Staircase towards Success with IEEE” to motivate young volunteers to develop themselves as prominent volunteers.

This discussion session will focus on:

1. Is volunteering really helpful and does it hinder academics?
2. Benefits of volunteer work and career advancement opportunities.
3. How volunteering affects careers?
