IEEE NSU Student Branch wishes the best to Dr. Lamia Iftekhar for being appointed as the Secretary of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, Bangladesh Chapter.

Dr. Lamia is an Associate Professor in the NSU ECE Department and the Faculty Advisor of the IEEE NSU RAS SBC.

Dr. Lamia has been equally active, cooperative, and has always extended warm access and guidance to members of the IEEE NSU Student Branch. This success has been achieved through active participation and contributions to the Bangladesh Section.

And, by conducting active research in her academic field and being approachable to her students, she has established herself as one of the best mentors.
